Just finished a job where I swapped between a 6-inch and a 10-inch knife for taping

Honestly, I always used the 6-inch for everything, but this time I tried the 10-inch on the flats and kept the 6 for the corners. Ngl, the 10-inch covered way more area faster and left fewer lines to sand. Do you guys stick to one knife size or switch them up depending on the spot?

Oh for sure, I switch it up. Big knife for the big open walls, little one for the tricky bits around doors and windows. It just makes sense.

My old foreman used to say, like juliam40, that the right knife is half the job done.
