Pro tip: I hit 1000 square feet of board hung in a single day on a job in Tempe

The crew was out sick, so I had to cover a whole house by myself and just kept moving. I finished the garage and three bedrooms before I even looked at the clock. Has anyone else ever pushed past what they thought was their daily limit?

Whoa, that's a crazy amount of work! Just a heads up, a square of drywall is actually 100 square feet, so you might mean 10 squares. Still super impressive for a solo day!

Wait, seriously? I've been in construction for years and always called a 4x8 sheet a square. That's going to mess up my math on a lot of past jobs. I feel like an idiot now. Thanks for the correction, even if it ruins my whole understanding of drywall.

Man, that's a solid question. How did your body actually feel the next morning after pushing that hard, any joint or back pain that surprised you? I've always wondered if there's a hidden cost to those monster days that doesn't show up until you're stiff and sore the following week.
