That food court lady said the orange julius tastes better in a dying mall and I think shes right

I was grabbing a pretzel last week at the Northpark Mall food court in Dallas and the lady working the orange julius stand told me the mix sits longer in slow malls so it gets colder and thicker. I thought she was crazy but honestly the drink was way better than the one at the busy Galleria. Has anyone else noticed certain things taste different in dead malls or is it just me?

100% man. I was at the Music City Mall in Lewisville last month and the Cinnabon there was way better than the one at Stonebriar. The icing was thicker and they gave me like double the amount.

You know what, I remember going to that Cinnabon at Music City back when they still had the old food court setup before they remodeled. My buddy and I split one of those eight-packs and the guy working there just kept piling on the cream cheese frosting like he was trying to get rid of it. Ended up with frosting dripping all over the counter and our hands. Made a huge mess but man it was worth it.
