Finally fixed my 100th broken Nintendo Switch joy-con drift issue this month.

It's a weird milestone, but after three years in my garage shop, seeing that number made me realize how much of the job is just grinding through the same tiny, frustrating repairs.

Count your months, not your years, for that milestone.

Yeah exactly, it's like breaking down a big scary goal. Telling yourself you only have to make it 30 more days feels way less crazy than thinking about a whole year. You focus on the next small win, like getting through a tough week at work or saving a bit of money. Before you know it, you've stacked up a bunch of those months and you're actually getting somewhere. The big picture can freeze you up, but the next month is something you can actually handle.

Months can feel just as long and heavy as years sometimes. The smaller unit doesn't always make the weight easier to carry. It's all about how you choose to measure the load.
