Warning: I was cleaning every board with isopropyl and a toothbrush for a decade
Last week, a guy at the local repair meet in Tampa showed me his ultrasonic cleaner. He cleaned a crusty Nintendo 64 board in 90 seconds, and it looked brand new. I realized my old method was just moving gunk around, not actually getting it all out. I've been wasting so much time. What's a good entry-level ultrasonic model that won't break the bank?

That ultrasonic cleaner demo sounds like a real eye opener.

My uncle bought one for his workshop and it's wild what comes out of stuff. He cleaned an old carburetor that looked totally ruined, and the water turned black with gunk in minutes. Makes you wonder what's hiding in all the little cracks we can't see. Kinda makes me want to clean everything now.
