Can we talk about changing how you set up for a full door adjustment

I used to just bring my whole tool bag up to the floor and work out of that... took forever to find stuff. After a job in Phoenix last summer where I spent half the day just moving my bag around, I switched to a small pouch with just the 4 tools I need. Saves me at least 20 minutes per door now. Anyone else have a specific setup for door work?

Honestly yeah, it kind of is a big deal. The way it was handled sets a bad example for everyone else. It might seem small now, but these things add up over time. Don't you worry it just lets people keep doing the wrong thing?
