Had to pick between two used elevator controllers last week

One was a 2005 Otis with a known glitch on the third floor, the other was a 2008 Kone that had fresh contacts but no service history. Went with the Kone and so far she's running smooth, anyone else gamble on used controllers?

Man that's always a tough call. I've been in similar spots before, it's a real coin flip. Hope that Kone keeps treating you right.
