A client in Phoenix said my extractions were too aggressive
She mentioned her skin felt raw for two days after our session. I switched to using a gentler technique with more steam and shorter pressure times, about 15 seconds per area max. Has anyone else adjusted their extraction method based on client feedback?

Maybe ask if she was on any new meds that thin the skin first.

What specific meds are known for that, @harpergonzalez? I've heard blood thinners can do it, but I'm not sure about other common prescriptions.
