Dropped $180 on a high-end LED mask and got nothing but a tan line

Used that Omnilux knockoff for 8 weeks straight and my fine lines look exactly the same, has anyone else had better luck with a different brand or am I just expecting too much?

HOLY COW, that's insane! I didn't know they could go that fast, maybe there's something wrong with them or the person doing it messed up. Sounds like someone needs to slow down and do it right.
