Heard a client say something about 'glass skin' that got me thinking

I was at the grocery store in line and overheard a woman telling her friend she wanted 'glass skin' but thought it meant just using a $40 serum she saw online. It made me realize how much marketing can confuse people about what our treatments actually do. Has anyone else had clients come in with really off-base expectations from social media trends?

Right? I had someone ask if a chemical peel would give them "snail mucin glow" overnight.

Oh man, @tarak17, that's nothing, I had someone ask for a "vampire facial" to look like a Twilight character.
