My mentor told me to always use a separate, clean spatula for each client's mask jar, and after seeing a breakout from cross-contamination at a spa in Tempe, I get it now.

Has anyone else had a client react badly because a tool wasn't as single-use as they thought?

Saw a bad rash from reused makeup brushes once.

Yeah, it's wild how many people skip cleaning their stuff! I see the same thing with phone screens and headphones.
