Noticing a connection between clean eating and clear skin
Why don't we recommend dietary tweaks more often during skin assessments?

Totally agree, it makes a huge difference. Cutting out dairy was the single biggest change for my own skin issues. More people should get that basic advice first.

Isn't it weird how doctors skip straight to creams and pills? I read an article where a dermatologist said diet is the last thing they consider because it's slower to fix. But cutting back on sugar and processed foods can lower inflammation, which shows up on your face. My cousin cleared up her adult acne just by eating more whole foods and less junk. It seems obvious to look at what we're putting in our body first.

Yeah, the "slower to fix" thing is exactly why they don't push it. It's not a quick sell. But that's the whole point, right? A pill gives you a result you have to keep buying. Changing what you eat fixes the root cause, so you might not need the cream forever. It's like putting a bandage on a leaky pipe instead of just fixing the pipe. Takes more work upfront, but then you're done.
