Shoutout to the esthetician who talked me into trying LED light therapy

I was totally sure LED masks were just a fancy, overpriced gimmick for influencers. I mean, sitting under colored lights for skin? Come on. But a fellow esthetician at a trade show in Charlotte last fall let me use her panel on my own face for a full 20 minute session. My skin felt so calm and looked less red right after, which was a shock. I ended up renting a red/blue light panel for my treatment room for a month to test it out. After using it on about 15 clients with active breakouts, I saw a real difference in how fast their inflammation went down. I'm a convert now, but I'm still figuring out the best way to add it into my basic facial routine without making the service too long. For those of you who use LED regularly, do you have a set protocol you follow, or do you customize the time and color for every single client?
