Tried a new extraction method on a client with persistent milia

I used a sterile lancet and a comedone extractor with the loop end, but it left a tiny red mark that lasted for two days. I learned that even with perfect technique, some skin just reacts more. What's your go-to method for milia on sensitive areas like under the eye?

You mentioned the lancet and extractor. For that super thin skin, I've had better luck with just the lancet tip to make the tiniest opening, then very light pressure with the sides of my fingers (wrapped in tissue) instead of the tool. The metal loop can be too much force even when you're careful.

Tried that once and ended up with a real mess.
