Why is my neighbor mowing his lawn at 2 AM every night?
I swear, the guy across the street has lost his mind. He's out there with his mower every night around 2 AM. The noise is insane, and it wakes up the whole neighborhood. He says he works late and this is his only free time, but that's no excuse. Have you ever tried to sleep with a lawnmower roaring outside? It's like living in a construction zone. We've complained, but he ignores us. This has to stop before we all lose our minds.

Yeah, the "only free time" line is just... no. My friend's old neighbor used that for taking his trash cans out at 4 AM every Tuesday. The banging and rolling woke her up like clockwork... she said it was like someone was kicking metal garbage cans down the stairs. She finally had to go over in her pajamas one morning and just point at the bags under her eyes. He started doing it the night before after that.
