Just realized that skipping warm-ups will ruin your body in this job

My knees started giving out from all the bending. Now I do simple stretches first, and it keeps me going strong.

Skip warm-ups most days and I've never had issues. My body just gets used to the work after a few minutes. Why waste time stretching if you don't need it?
