Am I the only one who lost a whole day's pay because I trusted a customer's property line mark?

I didn't double-check with a survey and had to tear down 80 feet of cedar picket I'd already set, costing me about $650 in materials and labor.

How many times have you actually seen a property line marked wrong by a pro, though? I've worked with landscapers who put their stakes in the exact right spot for years. Sometimes you just have to go with the info you've got, especially on a tight schedule.
