Heard a guy at the camera shop say he only shoots one roll a month now

He said it makes him really think about each frame instead of just spraying. I tried it with my old Pentax K1000 last week, and the photo of my neighbor's cat on the fence felt different, you know? Anyone else try slowing way down like that?

I used to feel the same way about waiting for the perfect moment. But I got tired of coming home with empty memory cards. Now I just shoot and sort it out later.
