DAE forget to ask about the roof's age when buying?

I learned the hard way that an old roof can lead to big leaks and waste. Check this early to avoid surprise repair costs down the line.

Wait you didn't check the roof age? That's like the first thing I'd look at, wild how easy it is to miss though.

Missing the roof age check is a huge oversight. Roof replacement costs are no joke, and it's scary to think about. @nathan_torres34 nailed it with that reminder.

Yeah, I saw a story last week where a couple bought a place and the roof was way older than they thought. They had to drop like fifteen grand within the first year. It's one of those things you just don't see until it's too late. Good call pointing that out, @hayden_rodriguez. Makes you double-check every little detail on the inspection report.
