Lost $500 on a home inspection that missed a massive termite problem
The guy gave the place a clean bill of health, but a month after closing I found active infestation in the crawlspace. Anyone else get burned by a bad inspector?

Yeah that's rough, had to sue my inspector for the same thing. @wade_young86 is right, it's way too common.
