Showerthought: My offer on a house in Phoenix got accepted, and now I'm freaking out about the inspection

So, last month, I put in an offer on a cute little ranch house here in Phoenix, and it got accepted, which was awesome. But now the inspection is scheduled for next week, and I have no idea what to look for. I watched a few videos online, but they all say different things. My realtor told me to 'trust the process,' but I'm worried about missing something big, like a cracked foundation or bad wiring, that could cost me thousands later. I keep hearing stories from friends about surprise repair bills. I'm trying to make a list of questions to ask the inspector, but I feel lost. Has anyone been through a home inspection recently and have a good checklist or some key things I should definitely ask about?

Trust the process" is what my realtor said too.

Remember my cousin's inspection in Tucson. They missed a whole colony of bees living in the attic wall.
