Shoutout to the collector who called my pricing lazy at the Canton flea market last month
He said my $20 flat rate for all vintage mugs was ignoring the real value of the 1970s Starburst ones, so now I research each piece and sold a Fire-King jadeite one for $45 just yesterday, but what's your method for quickly pricing a big box of mixed glassware?

Ugh, that's so annoying when people do that. For a big box, I usually just sort by brand first and check comps on the spot for anything that looks special.

Sorting by brand is a great start. I take it a step further and look for specific colors or patterns right away. Like, if I see any orange or avocado green in that box, I pull those first because they sell fast. Then I check for logos like Pyrex or Anchor Hocking on the spot. The basic clear stuff gets a flat rate unless I spot a cool shape.
