Can we talk about waking up with wrist pain after grout work?
I was grouting a bathroom last week and my wrists were killing me by the end of the day. It hit me that I've been ignoring the pain for years, thinking it's just part of the job. So I started using a padded kneeler and taking short breaks to shake out my hands. Now, I don't have that sharp pain anymore, and I can work longer without issues. It's crazy how a small change can make such a big difference. I guess we all need to listen to our bodies more, lol.

But isn't some wrist pain just part of doing hands-on work? I've never used padded gear or taken extra breaks, and I manage just fine. Sometimes you just have to push through the discomfort to get the job done.

Man, I used to say the same thing until my wrists started sounding like a rusty hinge every morning. Pushing through discomfort left me with hands that stiffen up after a long day under the hood. A little padding and a few breaks seem silly until you realize you can still turn a bolt without wincing. Now I'm that guy who preaches about wrist care while my own joints pop like bubble wrap, go figure.
