Last Tuesday was my best day in 3 years on the job
Finished a 1200 sq ft LVP install in a Denver condo by 2pm, owner tipped me $200 cash on top of the contract. Has anyone else had a random weekday just click like that?

That entertainment value tip is kind of genius honestly. Maybe we should all start charging extra for the show we put on when things go sideways, the homeowners probably get a better story out of it than a smooth install anyway.

Fumbled my way through a ceiling fan install last Wednesday that shoulda taken an hour - took me three and a half, wires everywhere, almost shocked myself twice. But the homeowner just laughed and handed me an extra $40 for "entertainment value." Guess sometimes the universe throws you a bone when you least deserve it. Wish every day could be that easy but my track record says otherwise.
