Overheard a client in Phoenix say they'd just use a mop and water on their new luxury vinyl plank, which made me cringe.

I had to step in and explain that even a damp mop can force water into the seams and void the warranty, so please, folks, make sure you're giving your clients the right cleaning instructions after the job is done.
