Tried a manual vs electric floor nailer on a 2,000 sq ft job in Atlanta

After three hours with the manual nailer I had only done half the living room. Switched to an electric one and finished the whole house by lunch the next day. Has anyone else had that moment where you just wish you'd switched tools sooner?

Used to be a total manual tool purist, thought electric stuff was for people who didn't know what they were doing. Then I spent a whole weekend trying to put up a fence with a manual post driver. My arms were jelly for two days and I got maybe ten posts in. Borrowed a pneumatic driver from a neighbor and finished the rest in an afternoon. Felt pretty silly for all that wasted time and effort. What's the hardest lesson you've learned from sticking with the wrong tool?

Oh man, I feel that. Tried to strip paint off an entire porch with just a scraper and sandpaper once. Took forever and my hands were wrecked.
