A weirdly good week started with a notebook I found under a park bench
Last Tuesday in Greenlake Park, I spotted a small black notebook under a bench. Inside were these daily drawings of a single tree, done from the same spot over 30 days. Each page had a date, a quick sketch, and a one-word weather note like 'drizzly' or 'blustery'. It felt like finding a quiet little story someone left behind. What's the coolest set of notes or drawings you've ever stumbled upon?

Honestly that would creep me out more than anything. Finding a stranger's private notebook feels like an invasion of their space, not some magical discovery. It's just a bunch of weather notes on a tree, probably some art student's homework they forgot. The coolest thing I ever found was a five dollar bill, at least that was useful.

Wait, you think five bucks is cooler than a secret notebook, @mason290?
