Cleaning out my dad's garage and found his old high school notebook from 1972

It was full of these little sketches of cars and notes about engine parts, but the last page just said 'meet Kathy at the diner, 7pm' in shaky handwriting. Last week I asked him about it and he got real quiet, then told me a story about a girl he never saw again after that summer. Makes you wonder about all the little plans we write down that just... stop. What's the most unfinished story you've ever found in an old notebook?

Honestly I kind of see those notes differently. They're not really unfinished, they're just done. The story happened, even if it didn't go on forever.

Ever read a diary that wasn't yours? My friend found her grandma's old date book from the 60s. It had a whole week of plans with some guy named Paul, then just stopped. She never found out who he was.
