Question about the weirdest notebook I ever found

I was helping clear out my aunt's attic in Akron and found a notebook from the 70s. It was full of these tiny, perfect drawings of gears and pulleys, but the weird part was the story mixed in. It was about a person building a machine to talk to their dog. I spent maybe three hours trying to figure out if it was a real project or just a story. The notes were so detailed, with measurements and everything, but the dog part made it seem like a joke. I even looked up some of the parts he listed, and they were real things you could buy back then. Has anyone else found a notebook that was half real plans and half total fiction? It really messed with my head.

Check the debug logs, they're usually pretty clear.
