I finally asked a guy at the coffee shop about his weird smartwatch setup
Last week at the Daily Grind in Austin, I saw a guy with three different smartwatches on his arm. I had to ask him about it. He told me he wears a Garmin for running, an Apple Watch for calls, and a cheap fitness band just to track sleep, calling it his 'review rig'. It made me think about how we test gadgets in real life versus just reading specs online. Do you guys ever run multiple devices at once to compare them?

Honestly, the real hostage situation is your wrist's battery life. You start the day with a full charge, but between constant notifications, a workout tracker, and that always-on display, you're scrambling for a cable by 3 PM. It turns a useful tool into something you have to constantly worry about feeding power. That's the hidden cost of all those fancy features.
