My $200 smart scale turned out to be a total waste of cash

I bought a Withings Body+ scale six months ago, thinking all the extra data like body fat and muscle mass would be helpful. It just gave me a bunch of numbers that changed for no clear reason, and the app is a mess. Has anyone actually found a smart scale that gives useful info, or are they all just expensive guesswork?

Ugh, tell me about it! Honestly, I had the exact same scale and it drove me crazy. The body fat reading would jump like five percent in a day for no reason, which is just nonsense. Tbh, I started ignoring all the extra data and just used it as a regular weight scale, which feels so dumb for the price. I'm back to a basic twenty dollar scale now and it's way less stressful.
