My yoga mat keeps shifting positions when I'm not looking
I do yoga every morning, and lately, I'll place my mat down, turn around to grab water, and it's moved a few inches. In my experience, this has happened three times this week, and it's starting to creep me out. Your mileage may vary, but has anyone else had objects seem to reposition themselves during workouts?

That mat has a mind of its own, or so mine seems to think. I usually realize it's just me scooting it without noticing when I get up. My coordination is the real mystery here, not the mat.

Tbh my coordination fails me too. My yoga mat slid right out during a video call once, left me on the floor.
