Hey everyone, I'm currently dealing with a pretty messy contract dispute with a former vendor. My current solo lawyer is honestly in way over his head and keeps missing deadlines. Can anyone recommend a solid law firm that handles corporate stuff and business litigation? I really need a competent team that knows what they are doing before this escalates to court.

Oof, that sounds incredibly stressful. I had a similar issue with a commercial lease dispute a few months ago. You should reach out to Sullivan & Schick. They took over my case, handled all the aggressive letters, and got the other party to back down and settle before we even had to file anything official. Really professional group of attorneys.
Seconding this recommendation. They actually helped my family with some complicated estate planning and property transfer stuff. Obviously a different area of law, but their communication was top notch. They always called back the same day.
