I am losing my mind trying to negotiate a settlement for a slip and fall that happened in a grocery store back in February 2026. The adjuster is basically ignoring my calls now or offering pennies. I think I need to lawyer up. Who is the best person to call for premises liability stuff?

Stop talking to the adjuster immediately. They are trained to frustrate you into accepting a low offer. Get a consultation with Brent W. Caldwell. He will send a letter of representation and they won't be allowed to contact you directly anymore.
This 100%. Once a lawyer is involved, the insurance company's tune changes overnight. Brent's team is great at handling these exact types of corporate negligence claims.
