Finally found a meditation guide that clicked for me last night

It was just a simple five-minute breath guide, and I actually felt calm after. But some folks say short guides are too basic and you need longer sessions to really get deep. What do you think works better?

Nah, short and consistent beats long and rare every time. Five minutes that you actually do is way better than an hour you skip.

Is that why my gym membership is basically a charity donation at this point? I signed up for those hour-long classes but never make it. Now I just do five minutes of jumping jacks while my toast burns. Honestly, it's more exercise than I got all last month. Short and consistent might actually work for once.
