Coffee crashes were ruining my soldering precision

Swapped to nuts for snacks and my hand is way steadier. How do you handle energy dips during detailed fixes?

Consider that nuts might just mask the problem (honestly, they're not a magic fix). Your body could crash later from the fat and protein load. I've seen friends get sluggish after a handful of almonds during long sessions. A timed sip of green tea gives a smoother boost without the jitters. Sometimes, a quick stretch or walking around does more than any snack. Relying on nuts could lead to overeating without really solving the energy dip.

Wait, you were really soldering while buzzed on coffee? How many nuts do you even eat to notice a difference that fast?

Coffee jitters and soldering don't mix... I learned that the hard way. @the_seth, a small bag of peanuts can really help smooth things out.
