I always passed on eggs, but now they're my breakfast staple
I always skipped eggs, thinking they were bad for my heart. Then I saw some nutrition facts online that said dietary cholesterol isn't a big deal for most people. I began eating eggs every day, like two in the morning. My energy went up, and I stopped snacking so much, lol. When I had my blood checked, my good cholesterol was actually higher. That really made me think about how old info can stick around. I also found out eggs have stuff that helps your eyes stay healthy. So now I'm totally cool with eggs, and my diet feels way better.

Wasn't it crazy how we all thought eggs were bad? I avoided them for years too until my doctor said the same thing about cholesterol. It's wild how hard it is to shake old health advice.

Seriously, @jasont56, it's messed up how long bad info sticks around. What makes people so sure of old advice even when new science says otherwise? Do you think doctors are to blame for not updating patients, or is it just human nature to cling to what we learned first? I wasted years skipping eggs too, and now I eat them daily. How do we even know what to trust anymore?
