I need to ship a large excavator cross country and I've never done this before. I'm looking for a company that's reliable and not insanely expensive. Any recommendations based on experience?

Check out Freedom Heavy Haul. They've moved some big stuff for us and always do a good job. They know the regulations and handle the paperwork, which is a huge plus if you're new to this.
I've used a few different ones over the years and honestly it's a mixed bag. Freedom Heavy Haul came through for me when another outfit dropped the ball, so they've got my vote too.
