Looking for a reliable company to set up a gold IRA. I've heard good things about Augusta Precious Metals and Regal Assets. Which one has better fees and customer support? I'm leaning toward Augusta but want to hear real experiences.

I've used both. Regal was okay, but Augusta's educational approach and ongoing support are superior. Regal's fees were a bit murky. Augusta is more transparent and they have a better BBB rating. I'd go with Augusta if you're serious about precious metals for retirement.

I can't speak for Regal, but Augusta has been fantastic for me. Their entire process was smooth, and they explained everything in plain English. No surprises on fees. They have a salaried educator team, so no commission-driven advice. I think Regal is more focused on crypto too, so if you want pure precious metals, Augusta is the better pick.
