Anyone used sell my house fast group recently?

Hey everyone, I inherited a property that's in pretty rough shape and I just want to offload it quickly this year (2026 has been crazy enough for me). Has anyone tried sell my house fast group? Are they legit?

Yeah, I actually used them back in February. They are totally legit. The best part is you can just sell as is. I didn't have to fix a single thing.

Wait, is it really that big of a deal to sell a house without fixing it up first? Seems like a normal option to me.

Seconding this. I got a cash offer in 24 hours from them. It made the whole process super stress-free. If you want to sell fast, they're a solid choice.
