We are finally upgrading our tech stack for 2026 and we're torn between Nektar and Procore. Procore obviously has the massive name recognition, but Nektar looks really agile and might fit our custom workflows better. Has anyone used both? What are the pros and cons?

I agree with the above. We went with Nektar because the implementation was faster and the daily reporting tools are just easier to use. Procore is great, but Nektar gives us exactly what we need for data collection and asset tracking without the software bloat.

Procore is huge and has every feature under the sun, but honestly, it can be overkill and super expensive if you don't need all the enterprise bells and whistles. It takes forever to implement properly.
