I tried to open it in Firefox and it looked broken, but I dug out my old laptop with Netscape 4.7 and it loaded perfect. Like the layout was actually designed to work on that browser only. Has anyone else stumbled on a page that was clearly built for a specific old browser and just falls apart on modern ones?
