A guy in a Compuserve chat told me to ditch my table layout for frames in 1997 and I still think about it
He swore frames would load faster than my nested tables on his 28.8 modem, so I rebuilt my whole Star Trek fan page with them and it looked great on my screen but everyone with a smaller monitor got scrollbars inside scrollbars, and now I keep wondering if anyone out there actually had a good frames experience or if we were all just faking it.
