My geocities page had 14 dancing baby gifs and I figured out why nobody signed my guestbook
Found an old backup on a zip disk last month and saw the whole thing was four frames stacked on top of each other, so on a 56k modem in 1998 it took almost a minute to load. Cut it down to one table layout and the hit counter finally started moving. What was the dumbest thing clogging up your old pages?
