Spilled coffee on my counter and it looked like a tiny forest
I knocked over my mug this morning and the dark roast spread out in these perfect little branches across the laminate. I grabbed my phone and took a picture because it looked like an ink painting... cost me nothing but a paper towel. Has anyone else had a spill turn into something cool?

It's wild how often that happens if you look for it. The way oil makes rainbows in a puddle or a cracked egg looks like a weird map. We're surrounded by these little accidents that are kind of beautiful. Makes me want to slow down and not clean things up so fast. There's a whole world of tiny art shows happening on our kitchen counters.
