That time I knocked over a paint can and got a gallery-worthy mess

I was painting my garage last weekend and tripped over an extension cord. The can went flying, splattering bright blue and gray across the concrete floor in these wild swirls. I stood there about to curse, then realized it actually looked like some abstract wave crashing. My wife came out and said it reminded her of that Hokusai print, so I took a photo instead of cleaning it up. Has anyone else had a random spill or splatter turn into something you'd hang on a wall?

Bet you could sell that to some rich person for like 5 grand and call it 'Abstract Garage' or something fancy like that. My brother once spilled a bottle of soy sauce on his white kitchen floor and it looked exactly like a map of Japan, no joke. Weird how random messes turn into actual art when you least expect them to. At least you got a cool story out of it and your garage smells like paint instead of regret.

You know I actually read this article the other day about how some guy in New York sold a painting that was literally just a blank white canvas for like 1.2 million dollars. I'm not even kidding. People in the art world call it "conceptual art" and they go nuts for it. Your story about the soy sauce map of Japan made me think of that. Like what if your brother just framed that spot on the floor and called it "Soy Sauce Japan"? Could probably get at least a few hundred bucks for it in the right gallery.
