My mind changed on preheating after a dinner party fail
I used to skip preheating my air fryer all the time. But last Saturday, I had friends over for wings and they came out uneven and kinda soggy on one side. My buddy Mike watched me throw them in cold and said "you gotta let it preheat, man, it's like a real oven." So I tried it next batch with a full 3 minute warm up and the difference was night and day... crispy all over. Has anyone else noticed a big change when they actually preheat?
