Chose a Cosori over a Ninja air fryer for my tiny kitchen - here is what happened after 3 weeks
I was stuck deciding between the Cosori Pro and the Ninja Air Fryer for my apartment in Portland. My counter space is small so I went with the Cosori because it is a bit shorter and has the square basket. After 3 weeks I have made chicken wings in 18 minutes and they were crispy on the outside but juicy inside. The basket is a little hard to clean if you let stuff sit but it is not terrible. Has anyone else picked the Cosori over a different brand and regretted it or been happy?

Picked up a Cosori myself for the same reason (tiny kitchen, tiny counters) and honestly it's been a game changer. The square basket fits way more wings than a round one would, and I've found if you spray a little oil on the basket before cooking, cleanup is way easier. The 18 minute chicken wing time sounds about right, I've done drumsticks in like 22 minutes and they come out perfect every time. Stuck with it and you'll probably be happy, just don't let grease sit overnight or you'll be scrubbing.

Has anyone tried tossing the basket with a bit of cornstarch before cooking? I saw that tip on a cooking show and tried it with my air fryer wings. It gives them that extra crunch without needing a ton of oil, and the cleanup is actually easier too because the coating doesn't stick as much. Just shake a little on the wet wings, then spray the basket with nonstick spray. Works great for frozen fries too.
