Frozen fries in the air fryer? More like 25 minutes of trial and error

I thought I could just dump a bag of crinkle cuts in and hit 400 for 10 minutes like the box said. Nope, came out raw in the middle and burnt on the edges. Took me 4 batches over two nights to figure out I needed to shake the basket every 6 minutes and drop the temp to 375. Then I tried sweet potato fries and that was a whole other 45 minute rabbit hole of soaking and cornstarch. Has anyone found a foolproof time for those without the soak?

Quit after two sad batches, just bake them now and save yourself the hassle.
