I thought air fryer cheesecake was a joke until my sister made one
She used a 6-inch springform pan and cooked it at 300 degrees for about 25 minutes. The top was perfectly set and it didn't crack at all, which always happens in my oven. I tried it myself last weekend and it came out just as good, super creamy. Has anyone else tried baking a dessert in their air fryer that totally surprised them?

That "super creamy" result is exactly why I use my air fryer for small custards now too.

Oh man, my friend tried that last week. She made these little lemon custard cups in her air fryer because her oven was full. She brought one over and I swear it was the smoothest thing I've ever eaten, like a cloud. She said it cooked so even and gentle, no weird skin on top. Totally stole her method for my next dinner party.
